Kathryn Antyr so kind to giveaway the pdf.files here.Print them 2 pages in 1 A4 size paper. Cut it and also another transparency sheet for the cover. Punch hole and tie with ribbons. I used Artline Multi Pen to write on the transparency.
The calendar will be used as the monthly plan.
