2nd Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2010.Throughout the four day event (18-21/3/2010), 22 hot air balloons dotted the skies of Putrajaya. Nine countries participated in the event (France, Netherlands, USA, Belgium, Japan, Korea, Germany, Switzerland and Malaysia).
