Self Worthiness

A collage made out of the random pages (to 3 pages) selected blindly from the Living Mall brochure.
Of course the activity is to challenge myself move out of the comfort zone. And use whatever available resources (images) with me to make up the page.

Mood swings in me last few days and found out that was caused by lacking of self-worthiness.

Had been surrounded by questions..like...am I deserve it ...

****************
YES. OF COURSE. I deserve to have the best for myself.

The doubt is clean now and I am a happy girl again.
It is so true that the most delightful moment is to suddenly recognize your own worth.

Cosmic Energy

Cosmos is made up of cosmic energy which also the waves that vibrate at different frequencies. Cosmic is known as the supreme consciousness and intelligence we are surrounded by it. I begged for a pair of high antenna on me so that I can receive the message.

Journal system

After few years of exploring in various type of art journaling, I've manage to develop some journaling techniques to my busy daily live (career + study + family). I've create my own version of journal system, that help me to keep sake my monkey thoughts when the time I'm busy with other task. Over the time, I learned that at one time I can only focus in completing one task before the others. Due to this, I recognized the need of having a good system that can steer and direct me to my plan and also not forgetting my goal.

Those pictures shows the journal books that cater different needs in 2015.

(Top Left - Evernote Moleskine ; Top Right - Muji Monthly Schedule)
(Bottom Left - Camel small notebook ; Bottom Right two are Plain Journal from Inspira)

I keep a monthly planner and to-do-list (bucket list), in writing... Okay, you may laughed at me at these :)   I'm from old school, still loves to pen them down on the piece of paper even there are many high-tech apps out there.

Monthly Planner (to keep a small goal and doing something small everyday) Muji Monthly Schedule

- for my free time doodling, fruit label sticker, colors etc.
- as a financial monitoring. Expenses tracking (on the monthly utility, credit card payment, car installation)
- as a health log tracking. For instance to keep track the menses timing, exercising / stretching
- as a leave / holiday planning. important for me to put in activities.
- as a reminder (even a countdown) for a special events / occasions / assignment due date / examination date
- to record breakthrough out of the norm activities. For instance, I have 2 and half hours in every Friday, so instead of lunch at the familiar stalls. I do it bit different by having my lunch in different restaurant / stalls.

List Journal (where I 'park' all those monkey thoughts)
-  Handy and compact To-do-list / To-Experience-List that I feel something fun to explore. For e.g. baking / cooking
-  Values of life that I want to bring in (such as decluttering, give back to society)
-  Commitment that I promises for the family
-  Books to read
-  Blogging ideas
-  Lesson learnt (observed that I tends to do one thing (repeatedly) that bring me unpleasant feeling)

Take me on a journey, my journal

I started art journaling since 2008.
Love the massive / bulky / hulking content that I try to fill it until it's limit.

The journal book (2008) was bought from the Arch ~ brown kraft paper. This journal recorded my first attempt in Art Journaling, playful Soul Journal class conducted by Sarah Whitmere and subsequent with True North ArtsKathryn Costa. I still remember the great time that we all had.

Journal book of 2010 was brought back from Bahrain, from a local supplier. The daily diary page that drove me to write/put in some(every)thing everyday.

Journal book of 2011 was a gift from my former boss. There are hard divider nicely place within each of the month. Year 2011 was a mixture year that my mood swing upside down.

The handy Journal of 2012 was Monologue. A new journal that recorded the experience of new career path. I had make a tremendous change in my life story.

2013 Journal is from Moleskine (a legendary notebook). I have been hear about this brand journal repeatedly since year 2008 perhaps. I bought the first Moleskine from Taiwan (as it was not available in Malaysia yet). However, it was then beautiful wrapped and gave out as a gift. So, I bought myself the legendary notebook early of 2013 as a gift for myself
It still have few more pages left as at today..

How is my 2014 Journal book will look like ?

(I'm calling)

Live your life fearlessly

Sometimes, i do confused ...do I live my life with too much of 'care'.
Not doing or being , because if i doing this,
......i afraid that my career may not able to keep pace
.... or I may do not have enough fund for retire
....may be he don't like me to behave in this way

when I am afraid to make further move, I will think off a little great effort (IDTA) taken by me previously which becomes drive/courage for my current life

IDTA (I did that already)
~ first overseas trip to UK , solo and limited money.
~ gave birth naturally without medical intervention or interference.
~ career change after many many years (move out of my comfort zone totally) and I'm surviving (now)

You’re doing what you’re doing because it’s the purpose and the process of your life.

sounds heard from bottom heart

Randomly paint with colors that appeared in front your eye
Ideas to put in some burnt scrap.
3D view
Satisfied the senses of seeing & touching.
Like many art journalese out there, we enjoy the process of squeezing
the creativity juices from our inner of bottom heart.
