Vision board and its purpose

It’s been a long time since my last post in this Blogspot world.
Even so, art has never left me.
I suppose it’s woven into my bloodline.

My finding on #VisionBoards

1) Humans are visual creatures. When you visualize your goals, your brain instinctively starts noticing opportunities and resources that align with them.

2)) It helps you find that feeling. Each time you look at your Vision Board, you're pulled back into the clarity and certainty you felt when you made it.

3) It gives form to the image in your heart—the one you couldn't quite put into words. Putting your goals out there—even if only for yourself—is a form of public commitment, and that strengthens your inner drive.

4) In the moment, certain words or images will resonate with you in a way that feels right.
