What luxury do you wish for ?

Throughout the years, I lived in average.

I resisted in getting those branded cloths, bags & shoes.

So, my answer for this at this moment is T I M E .

I need more time to create, time to inspirational, time with family, time with friends & time for my ownself.

My wish for today is ~ Wisdom in spend the quality time and allocating those priority tasks.

I make my own vision board (also called a Treasure Map or Creativity Collage) . The collage images was torn out from various magazine and pasted on the poster board.

The process of getting those images :
Go through the magazines and cut out the images and begin to lay on the board.
As you lay the pictures on the board, you’ll get a sense how the board should be laid out.
For instance, the lady with the laptop and the travel suit case.

You may try to make one yourself.

True North Art Visioning Workshop ~ 3

On the week 3, we are given those keys to use. There open up the doors of your dreams. What do you want to unlock ?

Areas that can be consider include work and career, finances, relationships, health, home, creativity.

In another workshop that I attended , "Capture your dream", what fascinates me in one of the exercise. Grab a pen and paper and start writing every dream that pops into your mind. Anything you aspire to do. Any goal you want to accomplish.

Disintegration Collaboration (DisCo)

(Bundle of magazine paper, watercolour paper, cards, found paper, rusty nails, rusty wire)

I have wrapped up this bundle to take part in Disintegration manifestation.
It's a project of Seth's which you can read about at The Altered Page.
The project was called in the early of the year 2009 (Ya, I'm too late for the project).

" The idea was simple: create an artistic bundle made from materials of their own choosing and “hang, bury, submerge, or just place” the bundle in the elements. This collaboration was to be with the ultimate partner…Mother Nature herself! "

However, I really wonder what will happen to my bundle of papers after it expose to rain, hot sun, haze, and wind, the nature.

Dream Come True

This July and August month is seem to be the 'DREAM' month.

In Catalyst number seventy-three in Creative Therapy saids,

Tell us about a recent ‘dream come true’ it can be big or small as long as it was a dream for you.

I had always dream of backpacking to Silk Road since 10 years ago.
Last May' 0 9 ~ I went there with group of backpackers lovers.

Start from XinJiang, we followed the path of ancient people to Xi-An.

There was so many memories & valuable experience collected during the trip.

True North Arts Vision Journaling Workshop - Week 1

It's already come to 3rd week of the workshop.

Ya. I know I'm so much behind in this workshop.

However, I love to read and re-read the prompts.

Find the images that really speak to me.

In the first week, Kathryn tolds us about ......
Relaxation helps to open our awareness so we can see what we truly want and to open ourselves to attracting positive things in our lives. The journal exercise is to create a visual representation of your happy place and the vision cards are affirmations and reminders of this week's message, "I can relax and let go."

Few weeks back, I faced hectic stress in my workplace.

This prompt came on time and really help me to release tensi0n.
