1) One of the first steps that any artist takes is to collect the materials needed to create. My finds included a) used stamp b) reinforcement ring c) dry flower d) Pic of Sun-maid Raisins e) magazine cut out f) calligraphy g) stamped alphabet "N" h) label.
2) Arrange those collage as a border of your page. I put mine in the bottom part of the journal.
3) visit at least 6 different Soul Journal participants’ blogs and to leave a comment. As you leave messages, you will also receive them. Collect these messages in whole or part. Pull out a scrap piece of paper and note the words and phrases that you like.
4) In this step rewrite the comments as affirmative “I” statements. For example, if I received the comment, “I love your blog.” Rewrite as, “I am loved.”
