I made this card for a good friend of mine who is the March Birthday Girl.

I used the ribbon to decorate the frame.

Placed in the pink card.
I covered the 'X' with a blue cardstock.
I distressed the edge using distress ink.
I stamped on some cheerful words with white and brown ink.
