太平(in Mandarin - means peaceful) , is one of the city in Perak.
Taiping also receives some limelight as the wettest town in Peninsular Malaysia.
I manage to upload some photos which i took in my previous trip back to Taiping.
The pictures shown the famous lake garden in Taiping, which I love to hang around during my school time....arrrr...seem like few decades ago.
If I'm not mistaken, the curvy trees is called as Casuarina Tree ( the root goes towards the lake water, thus it's grow curve that way).
Ya....Feel so peace when I step on the ground....and i gonna step on it today.
I'll be away from KL to Taiping (my home town) for few days.
I'll not able to browse internet in few days (no internet connection).
So, see you gals next Monday.
Happy Holiday !

"This month make an entry on your blog about where you live. Better yet, make a journal page and share a photo of it. You could tell us about your home, your town, or your country. If you are a transplant like me, you could tell us where you came from, and maybe all the places you've lived. I know this is a global community so it will be fun to see where we are all located."
